Project 404 designed and developed a completely new bespoke WordPress website for Highland Club Scotland, creating a flexible property platform capable of managing a substantial portfolio of self-catering accommodation across the historic Fort Augustus Abbey development.

Each apartment has its own detailed property page, with photography, pricing, descriptions, facilities and key information such as bedroom numbers, accessibility, Wi-Fi, television, pet policies and views. Visitors can browse accommodation by location and use search and filtering tools to narrow the available properties according to their individual requirements.

The website also integrates the company’s booking system, providing clear routes from property discovery through to checking availability and making a reservation. Alongside the accommodation itself, we created dedicated content covering the Abbey, facilities, Loch Ness, Fort Augustus and things to see and do throughout the Highlands, helping the site work as both a booking platform and a useful resource for visitors planning their stay. This is an approach we have also used on tourism and accommodation projects such as Braemar Caravan Park.

We continue to support Highland Club Scotland with ongoing development, maintenance, content updates, SEO and technical support, allowing the website to evolve alongside the property portfolio and the needs of the business.
