Cardhu Country House needed a website that reflected the quality and character of this luxury Speyside retreat while making it easy for guests to explore rooms, dining and the surrounding area. The result is a bespoke WordPress site with clear booking routes, rich local content and a responsive design, supported by ongoing maintenance and technical support from Project 404.

The Project
Project 404 designed and developed a bespoke WordPress website for Cardhu Country House, creating a more refined and flexible online presence that better reflects the experience guests can expect when they arrive.
The site includes dedicated sections for rooms and rates, dining, local attractions and the wider Speyside area, together with clear booking routes throughout. We also structured the content to highlight the property’s position at the heart of the Malt Whisky Trail, as well as its proximity to walking, fishing, golf and other Highland attractions. Its location also places guests within easy reach of destinations such as Ballindalloch Distillery.
Particular attention was given to presenting the six individually designed bedrooms clearly, while keeping the site simple to navigate across desktop, tablet and mobile.
We continue to support the website with ongoing maintenance, updates and technical support, helping to keep it secure, reliable and up to date as the business develops.
